Electric
Efficiency Program
The Electric
Efficiency Program can help you identify and implement cost-effective
energy efficient upgrades for new or existing buildings. If you are doing a lighting
retrofit in an existing building, please go to the LIGHTENUP program.
|
LIGHTENUP
Lighting is
often one of the biggest electric uses in businesses. LIGHTENUP
helps you lower your electric bills by providing incentives for
lighting upgrades in existing buildings. Lighting upgrades in
new construction or substantial renovations are covered in the Electric Efficiency Program.

Building
Tune-Up
The Building
Tune-up Program provides funding for building retrocommissioning
- diagnostics, documentation and fixing operational issues
related to specific building energy systems not performing
to the original design intent or the owner’s operational
needs. Platte River pays 100% of the cost
to identify measures that can save energy, improve the
comfort, operation, and efficiency of your building leading
to a payback
in less than two years. We share in the
costs for implementing the measures.

Select
HVAC
Installation,
maintenance and repair of today's heating and cooling equipment
is complex, requiring skills in refrigeration, electrical, electronics
and air flow management. The focal point of the SELECT HVAC Program
is a referral list of highly skilled heating, ventilation and
air conditioning (HVAC) contractors that are dedicated to providing
"best practice" services to maximize the comfort, efficiency,
safety and durability of customers' HVAC systems.
