Share your thoughts about our region’s energy future
Starting in mid-August, residents and business owners in Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont and Loveland may see a survey from their electric utility and Platte River Power Authority in their email inboxes.
The public power utilities are partnering to survey customers about:
- Satisfaction with their electric utility
- Awareness of their wholesale power provider
- Sentiments about the energy transition, electric utility rates and electric system reliability
- Interest in customer energy programs
Platte River partnered with Inside Information, Inc., a company that specializes in surveying electric utility customers, to develop and deploy the surveys. Customers will be selected at random to receive the survey and their responses are anonymous.
Inside Information will gather and analyze the data this fall and is currently scheduled to present results during Platte River’s December board meeting.
